Mr. Jerry Gammieri has been Vice President of Construction and Development at American Assets Trust, Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Gammieri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all construction activities for American Assets and its affiliate companies and partnerships. From 2000 until the formation of American Assets Trust, Mr. Gammieri served as vice president of construction for American Assets, where he oversaw all construction activities for American Assets and its affiliates. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Gammieri served as vice president of operations of Peterbilt Construction Company, where he was responsible for all aspects of operations, where he successfully completed over 2 million square feet of construction projects for public and private entities and was responsible for the long range strategic planning, business development and oversight of key management personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget quality construction. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Association of General Contractors and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties. Mr. Gammieri obtained his Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree in construction from the State University of New York at Canton.
