What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the energy they have to motivate people
they are willing to listwn to new ideas and plans
We work together. We aren't catty and we work our best to be the best instead of stepping on one anothers toes. We also can ask our colleges their opinion

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance bonuses and holiday voucher
Maternity and Paternity leave are the same amount of time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they are rude and very disrespectful and if you are not there favorite they will dislike you for no reason
job security and ability to move up the corporate ladder
What are some of the best things about your team?
willingness to help each other and focus on strengths
We don't judge one another and we take time to share and teach our skills to one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve their attitudes and work ethic
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the comfort to work in the office
everybody is motivated and high energy
We just seem to flow and all fit. If we aren't happy in an area we can always just ask to transfer and they are very accommodating.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to hire different employees from different backgrounds
What did you like most about the interview process?
your kindness, professionalism, security responsibility and discipline
genuine interest in my skills and goals
They didn't seem to harp on not having some skills. They actually like to train and teach you.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's pretty average it's like all the other jobs that interviewed me
What makes you most happy at work?
ability to use my skills
The days flows constantly. I'm good at what I do so it's not like work really.
