Charles E. Zebula — Executive Vice President of Energy Supply at American Electric Power Company

Mr. Charles E. Zebula, also known as Chuck, has been an Executive Vice President of Energy Supply at American Electric Power Co., Inc. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Zebula serves as an Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of Ohio Valley Electric Corporation. Mr. Zebula has been Treasurer of TCC and Senior Vice President-investor relations and Treasurer of the Service Corporation since September 2008 and served as Senior Vice President-fuel, emissions & logistics of the Service Corporation from 2004 to August 2008. He served as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at American Electric Power Service Corporation. Mr. Zebula served as Vice President, Treasurer and Senior Officer in Charge of the Servicing Function of AEP Texas Central Transition Funding II LLC. He served as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations of American Electric Power Company Inc. from September 2008 to December 31, 2012. Mr. Zebula served as Senior Vice President of Fuel, Emissions and Logistics of American Electric Power Co. Inc. since February 17, 2004 until August 31, 2008 and was responsible to oversee all coal procurement and transportation, emissions marketing and fuel logistics. Previously, Mr. Zebula served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Optimization of American Electric Power Co. Inc. where, he was responsible for 24-hour, real-time power generation functions, generation optimization and analysis functions in support of power generation and marketing. He joined American Electric Power Co. Inc. in 1998. Prior to joining American Electric Power Co. Inc., Mr. Zebula served as a Senior Associate with Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. At Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, he was involved in a number of consulting projects related to the electric utility, natural gas and coal industries. He is employed by ICF Kaiser Engineers in Pittsburgh, Pa., as a Senior Process Engineer/Project Manager in the coal division and as a Process Engineer for GAF Chemicals Corp. in Hagerstown, Md. He serves as Manager of AEP Texas Central Transition Funding II LLC. Mr. Zebula earned a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering in 1982 and a Master Degree in Mineral Processing in 1990, both from Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa. He also earned a Master Degree in Industrial Administration in 1995 from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
