What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being ethical. They talk about a good culture and do the opposite behind closed doors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay and opportunity for healthy rewards we receive.
Compensation is good but don’t get stock options because my grade level isn’t high enough for those perks.
The insurance is expensive but good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like and enjoy working for my manager. He provides good leadership and training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The focus is on outshining others and not being a team. Management encourages this. It’s sad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is here to do the same thing. Make customers happy + happy company = paycheck in my pocket. We all work together to what needs done, done, all in the best interest of the customer.
Assume positive intent is followed by everyone.
Most people are friendly and give off the impression that they truly care about you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They preach culture and team building yet fail to execute.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very thorough and informative, I felt comfortable from the start.
They ask a good variety of question, both personality and technical knowledge.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More interested individuals. The HR representatives aren’t open or interact well with interviewees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with.
Learning new aspects of my job and socializing with my coworkers.

I provide feedback in the hopes that it will improve one day.
