Lana L. Hillebrand — Executive VP & Chief Administrative Officer at American Electric Power Company

Ms. Lana L. Hillebrand has been the Chief Administrative Officer of American Electric Power Company, Inc. since December 17, 2012 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2017. Ms. Hillebrand serves as Vice President of Appalachian Power Company and Public Service Company of Oklahoma. Ms. Hillebrand served as Senior Vice President of American Electric Power Company, Inc. since December 17, 2012 until January 1, 2017. She is with Aon Hewitt, where she has worked since 2001 and served as the South Region Leader and Senior Partner in Dallas since 2010. She was U.S. Consulting Client Development leader-managing principal at Aon Hewitt from 2008 to 2010. She spent 18 years in a variety of positions with Central & South West Corporation, an electric utility holding company that merged with AEP in 2000. She serves as a Director of Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Ohio Power Company, Appalachian Power Company and Southwestern Electric Power Company. Ms. Hillebrand has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed executive programs at Columbia University and Harvard University.
