It started off as a very good company, but over the last two years the environment and style has become very negative. I do not feel we are given the tools to succeed at what needs to be done, management is alright with mediocrity

Very little room for advancement or improvement, management does not give you tools to succeed.

The PTO and vacation are very generous, but often feel pressured to not use them because of department needs.

Department environment is negative with no focus on what is going right, we are not given tools by management to succeed at our goals

There needs to be more focus on rewarding individuals or departments for meeting goals, as it stands now very little incentive to work hard because you’ll still end up with mandato
