What do you like best about the leadership team?
Works well together. Challenge one another. Gives strong communication to team members

Very little room for advancement or improvement, management does not give you tools to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO and vacation are very generous, but often feel pressured to not use them because of department needs.
I am paid very well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Inclusive and always willing to go above and beyond. Intelligent, highly skled
WE stop everyday to engage in each others lives, making sure everyone is doing well. Our stand up mtgs. are new to us, but we're getting better at them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There’s very little communication between coworkers, the meetings are just management speaking to us. Very hard to collaborate or improve as a

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beautiful artwork, nice setting. Friendly
We try to learn better practices when we work together to make it better for the next time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more focus on rewarding individuals or departments for meeting goals, as it stands now very little incentive to work hard because you’ll still end up with mandato

Interview was with future managers which was nice

Department environment is negative with no focus on what is going right, we are not given tools by management to succeed at our goals
I think there isn't enough emphasis on employee development
