What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding and willing to compromise according to your needs in some instances.
Relaxed but won't let things get out of hand
Always asking how you were doing wanting to teach what ever they could
They are always receptive to teams needs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is nothing constructive I can say about Bunch of drunks working day to day pretending to work when they (including the general manager, Art McGrath) don't spend more than 30-40 minutes at their located place of employment. It's been the worst joke of a lifetime.
