How employees describe working at American Kennel Club

Being a true non-profit and not compensating executives soo high!

Integrity, applying same rules to everyone equally, ethics, morals, recognizing the customer as the customer, the organization seems corrupt. I believe it could be a good company, as the product is a good one, and that the organization lacks proper vision and direction and most of all integrity.

Integrity, the rules are made as they go along, they claim to follow them, yet often do not follow their own printed rules, very cliquish
