wages and benefits are fair and reasonable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is simply not enough to live on in NYC. Almost everybody i know at the museum works unreasonably hard.
A pay increase would be gratefully accepted
I want to be able to afford to live close to work. 2 hour commute will push me to another company
Pay is based on favoritism. No salary or promotion structure except in union. Compensation system arbitrary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind and do the best they can with a very messy organization. I am friends with many coworkers
We focus on safety and ensuring our guests have a great time.

Doing the field that I like and the love if discovering natural life mysteries
Getting coffee around the corner. I find it extremely stressful to work there.
