He serves as Treasurer of Farm Family Life Insurance Co Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Farm Family Holdings, Inc. since February 2000. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Finance of Farm Family Holdings Inc. from December 1996 to February 2000 and its Treasurer from October 1996 to February 2000. Mr. Walsh served as an Executive Vice President of Finance of Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company and Farm Family Life Insurance Company since December 1996 and as a Treasurer of United Farm Family Insurance Company since October 1996. He served as the Chairman of the Life Insurance Council of New York Board of Directors. He served as Chairman of MIB Group Inc. from May 2012 to May 10, 2013 and as its Vice Chairman from May 6, 2011 to May 2012. Mr. Walsh has been a Director of MPW Industrial Services Group, Inc. since September 1994. He has been a Director of MIB Group Inc. since 2010. He has been a Director of LICONY's Board since 2008. He serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of the Farm Family Insurance Companies, American National Property And Casualty Holdings, Inc., American National Property and Casualty Company and American National Life Insurance Company of New York.
