Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try thier best to keep a culture of employee care, but they are hamstrung by new the new corporate culture dictated by our new owners.
There's only one field representative that has the employees back. Villareal.
I think they probably mean well but they really need to change some things up.
They want teams to succeed
Upper leadership/ management is very helpful and informative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't know that they're allowed to, with Brookfield ownership. Just in 2023, they have shut down two divisions, consolidated others, made some major shake-ups at the division level, and made an.about-face on policy only a month after stating in the strongest terms that they would never do that.
The whole executive team needs to be replaced
Managment appears afraid of innovation.
They do not care about the clerical.
Only worry about the people at the top
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to pay everything out-of-pocket.
Quarterly bonuses depending on average production
Life insurance is pretty good for free
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to improve salary structure for ALL employees, who they treat poorly.
Better benefits, bonus structure or paid overime. More or flexible PTO. Competitive base pay.
Havent gotten an increase in years
I feel undervalued because I have done everything I can to pursue further training, education, and opportunities here but it seems the company is uninterested in development in any way. Our benefits package could be improved by including maternity leave apart from short term disability and FMLA.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers genuinely care about the work we do and each other. We work well as a team. We have each others back.
Motivated, knowledgeable, and mostly prideful of their work product.
The team is hard-working and dedicated.

Theres no collaboration between individuals.

Generally welcoming atmosphere and communicative co-workers.
The work environment within the team is great. Everyone has a positive attitude.
We are ac mixture of ethnicities. Several languages spoken in the office

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, the management in place does not have effective training and it is taking a toll on employees wellbeing and mental health
There needs to be more guidance/ education for new employees and less pressure.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manger I interviewed with was truthful and personable. She is no longer with the company.
Easy discussions with interviewers - not very stressful.
It was fair and you are given the opportunity to ask questions.
The interview was short and easy. I proved my resum

Not enough support and guidance from manager- he's frequently unable to provide answers to questions, etc.
