What do you like best about the leadership team?

They try thier best to keep a culture of employee care, but they are hamstrung by new the new corporate culture dictated by our new owners.

There's only one field representative that has the employees back. Villareal.

I think they probably mean well but they really need to change some things up.

They want teams to succeed

Upper leadership/ management is very helpful and informative.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I don't know that they're allowed to, with Brookfield ownership. Just in 2023, they have shut down two divisions, consolidated others, made some major shake-ups at the division level, and made an.about-face on policy only a month after stating in the strongest terms that they would never do that.

The whole executive team needs to be replaced

Managment appears afraid of innovation.

They do not care about the clerical.
