Upper leadership/ management is very helpful and informative.
I don't know that they're allowed to, with Brookfield ownership. Just in 2023, they have shut down two divisions, consolidated others, made some major shake-ups at the division level, and made an.about-face on policy only a month after stating in the strongest terms that they would never do that.
The whole executive team needs to be replaced
Managment appears afraid of innovation.
They do not care about the clerical.
