If you can't follow the ANICO Way, you really, really don't belong there. Very fast production, unrealistic client counts, very procedure-oriented. Extremely nice people - but that also means you don't get to have bad days.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't know that they're allowed to, with Brookfield ownership. Just in 2023, they have shut down two divisions, consolidated others, made some major shake-ups at the division level, and made an.about-face on policy only a month after stating in the strongest terms that they would never do that.
