What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? You can tell they want to do better for the employee and do what they can to make our experience better.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are fun, dynamic, get our work done, and take pride in it, all while also getting to know each other and enjoy our days.
What is the best part about your compensation package? Can gain more pto, roll it over, good sick policy. Health benefits are good too
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The front-line managers are awesome but the senior management team is out of touch or lacking empathy for the workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A small quarterly bonus would be nice to show appreciation and some kind of tie-in to merit for the annual raise.
