Yevgeny Fundler — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at American Railcar Industries

Mr. Yevgeny Fundler has been General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary at American Railcar Industries, Inc. since March 3, 2014. In addition, since March 2010, Mr. Fundler been consulting for Insight Portfolio Group as its General Counsel. From September 2006 to February 2010, he served as Assistant General Counsel of IELP. Mr. Fundler served as General Counsel of WestPoint International, Inc. from November 19, 2009 to February 2014 and its Vice President from March 1, 2010 to February 2014. Mr. Fundler has also handled the legal affairs of Icahn Sourcing LLC as its part-time, contract-based counsel. From September 2006 to February 2010, Mr. Fundler served as Assistant General Counsel of IEP. From March 2000 to September 2006, Mr. Fundler also served as Counsel with Icahn Associates and affiliates. Prior to Icahn Associates, Mr. Fundler worked for Gordon Altman Weitzen Shalov & Wein, representing interests of various corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, including the transactions of Mr. Icahn and his affiliates. Prior to joining the corporate group at Gordon Altman Weitzen Shalov & Wein, he had his own practice in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, with emphasis on representing start-up entrepreneurs. Mr. Fundler received a B.A. in International Business in 1993 from San Diego State University and a J.D. in 1996 from University of California, San Francisco, Hastings College of Law.
