The company is amazing. While there are times where the workload is heavy, everyone has a chance to be compensated well.

What can this brand most improve?

We are VERY dissatisfy with customer service, installation process and lack of ownership and response from Sales advisor and Installation manager. ALLGOOD representatives are tying to address the installation issue we have face this week with new A/C system. I want my issue resolved
