Pay well below market standards and 65-75 hour weeks required of exempt employees. Management loves to excuse sweatshop mentality by reminding everyone this is a "24/7" business. This same management disappear by 3:30 daily and never work weekends although everyone else is required to do so.

Everyone on the team has their specialty areas but can bring experience that helps everyone else around them

Dishonesty. They need to stop focusing on money. They are losing all credibility
Improvement begins with management. Until current issues are successfully addressed no Improvement will be made.
