Mr. Robert S. Feit serves as Vice President of Zygo Corporation. Mr. Feit has been Senior Vice President & General Counsel of AMETEK Inc., since April 2007. He joined AMETEK from Oracle Corporation where he served as Vice President of Legal, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Feit began his career at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling where, from 1987 to 1994, he was an associate in their Corporate Finance practice in New York and London. In 1995, he joined AT&T Corp. as an Attorney. He served as Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President of Law and Secretary at AT&T Corp. since January 2003. He held increasingly responsible legal positions there before being named Vice President of Law and Corporate Secretary in 2002. In 2003 he added the responsibilities of Chief Compliance Officer. In 2006, Mr. Feit joined Oracle Corporation. Mr. Feit holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania from 1980 to 1984 and a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1984 to 1987. He is admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of New York.
