Engaging, fulfilling, more to be done wigh compensation

Very shaky buisness. One week they're asking for 12 hour days and the next you're furloughed. Pay is low but the benefits are good if you manage to keep a position.

We have 8,000 United States employees, but I feel like our group insurance benefits are lacking.

The work, they dont take into consideration. Also how they mistreat others, i see how they treat certain people

they underpay lower level people and overpay higher lever people

Everyone is friendly and takes pride in what they make

Most of us try our best to put out quality work. We are always trying to come up with ways to improve.
