What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to start leading, and needs to recognise that Ametek is an engineering company, not a financial company.

They should give up their partial mentality

Communication, being leaders in general. Getting back to you

Understanding what the employees actually do, and getting their input before making changes with procedures or equipment.

Actually knowing how to be executives to begin with.
