What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all planned ahead. Had many specials that wiekes well with our dirtricr mge. He dud a great job coordinating us together.
They are accommodating and willing to work with their employees
They are fun and we like to work together.
They understand what needs to be done before peak hours happen and we manage to get it done through time management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being professional , People Management skills, communication & social skills .. How these individuals got their jobs is beyond me as they are devoid of any of the skills required to Lead & Manage staff
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1. 401k structure, 2. Our east obtainable quarterlaely bonuss

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing you can ask questions, knowing theres a handbook to go to for information. Knowing you can go to work and not be a mute
What are some of the best things about your team?
I havent met everyone yet. But so far, IDK because most of them think they are better than everyone else. And your suppose to work as a TEAM not individual people.
nice, friendly, and great to talk to.
The Cohesiveness of the straff. Perhapaps being able to share my bonus wiith them when we obtained them, really helped to motivate them. Even if it was only $5 or $10, it made them feel likepart of the TEAM!!!

The customers do to personal familiarity
Sometimes customers are cool too.
A very nice environment, not just from a work aspect but even a bring my family here on my day off environment as well.

What makes you most happy at work?
I can talk to the customers. When they ask about bowling balls i start with spares and plastics and work my way up. You gotta get the understanding of what a bowler wants vs a beginner.
The way the time goes by very quick and don't even realize your at work
Seeing my coworkers and seeing guest have a wonderful experience
Other than a paycheck, it's a nice place to work.
