Mr. Gil C. Tily has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Amkor Technology, Inc. since May 2008 and its General Counsel and Secretary since June 26, 2007. Mr. Tily served as a Corporate Vice President of Amkor Technology Inc., from June 26, 2007 to May 2008 and was responsible for managing all aspects of Amkor's legal affairs. He joined Amkor from the Dechert LLP law firm, where he worked for 28 years and was a Partner in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. His areas of concentration included public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on federal securities law and corporate governance issues including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance matters. He has been Director of NANIUM, S.A. since June 14, 2017. He is also a Member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Tily holds an AB in Politics from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
