The gift cards and bonuses. Starting out can be tough but later on you see the benefits of working at the company. I do want the base salary for recruiters to go from 40K to 50K so it can be comparable to other companies. The compensation structure does make up for A lot!

I shoukd have got merit increase because i receive excellent award, and rating from client but myanager was so rude for not calling on time when i was sick with COVID and minor mstakes which was not avoidable.. He blamed me for intentionally irresponsible even when I apologize

You won't staff departments appropriately to be able to handle the demands and THOUSANDS of manual processes we have to prerform daily. Salaried employees work obscene hours for wages that barely rise above the poverty line. You should be ASHAMED OF HOW POORLY YOU TREAT YOUR LEADERS AND THEIR TEAMS.

Base pay could be higher for the work, but also commission structure is a disaster and they make it worse still, especially in RPO.
