Personally im happy with all of it

Bonuses are paid throughout the year - some of them are a surprise.

Loyalty bonuses paid out every year I've worked here. These bonuses are surprises paid in addition to performance bonuses.

The best part are the benefits, but they do pay less than most other interpreting companies.

The gift cards and bonuses. Starting out can be tough but later on you see the benefits of working at the company. I do want the base salary for recruiters to go from 40K to 50K so it can be comparable to other companies. The compensation structure does make up for A lot!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I shoukd have got merit increase because i receive excellent award, and rating from client but myanager was so rude for not calling on time when i was sick with COVID and minor mstakes which was not avoidable.. He blamed me for intentionally irresponsible even when I apologize

I am an offshore admin employee located in mexico and in would like to get benifits like 401K and health insurance for my family. I think that AMN leadership doesnt understand the needs of their offshore employees

I started here 5 years ago and left briefly. How on earth has the starting rate for analysts not increased? You have no bonus structure to motivate us to hustle and you’ve put in place long winded processes that could be done so much more efficiently and more quickl

Compensation and benefits Very under valued

To always be informed and offered the best base salary as benchmarked

You won't staff departments appropriately to be able to handle the demands and THOUSANDS of manual processes we have to prerform daily. Salaried employees work obscene hours for wages that barely rise above the poverty line. You should be ASHAMED OF HOW POORLY YOU TREAT YOUR LEADERS AND THEIR TEAMS.

Raised compensation to be comparable w other companies

Base pay could be higher for the work, but also commission structure is a disaster and they make it worse still, especially in RPO.
