I shoukd have got merit increase because i receive excellent award, and rating from client but myanager was so rude for not calling on time when i was sick with COVID and minor mstakes which was not avoidable.. He blamed me for intentionally irresponsible even when I apologize
I am an offshore admin employee located in mexico and in would like to get benifits like 401K and health insurance for my family. I think that AMN leadership doesnt understand the needs of their offshore employees
I started here 5 years ago and left briefly. How on earth has the starting rate for analysts not increased? You have no bonus structure to motivate us to hustle and you’ve put in place long winded processes that could be done so much more efficiently and more quickl

Pay us a fair wage. Staff appropriately and ALLOW US TO HIRE IN SAN DIEGO. Quit forcing us to only hire temps. No one wants to work for pennies especially with the level of stress we battle every single day.
