I’m not sure anymore. I used to feel inspired. Now I feel a little play
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders are great people. They too are underpaid and overworked. The people that stay here love what they do and have a passion for this place. Big company. Everyone seems so replaceable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great here….the pay however is starting to outweigh that. It’s so hard to stay positive when you’re drowning in debt and working 10-12 hr days, then being REALLY far into debt when you don’t work OT. I
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started here 5 years ago and left briefly. How on earth has the starting rate for analysts not increased? You have no bonus structure to motivate us to hustle and you’ve put in place long winded processes that could be done so much more efficiently and more quickl
