No team work every man for himself
Pay us a fair wage. Staff appropriately and ALLOW US TO HIRE IN SAN DIEGO. Quit forcing us to only hire temps. No one wants to work for pennies especially with the level of stress we battle every single day.

Our clients think we are a joke. Our systems are so out of date it takes forever to get anything done and we pay an offshore company millions to do what a relevant IT infrastructure could do in a fraction of the time.
