Bonuses are paid throughout the year - some of them are a surprise.
Loyalty bonuses paid out every year I've worked here. These bonuses are surprises paid in addition to performance bonuses.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that they are supportive.

Incredibly reasonable environment. Able to excel at work full-time, parent and attend grad school without feeling overwhelmed. Time-off is encouraged.
