  • Lots of surveys but nothing changes (hard to give honest feedback on surveys that are not truly anonymous). And if you tell HR about a problem leader or tenured employee, be prepared to job hunt. The "no retaliation" policy is a joke.

Asked to all employees at Amsurg Corp.

  • People who just want to come to work and be told exactly what to do. Out of the box and creative thinking is shunned. Don't ask questions. Take what your given regardless of how bad the work may be and use it to do your job. If you lack integrity and conviction for quality and delivering the best to the clients you serve, come work here. You will never get fired.
