COMMUNICATION! Teamwork and Constructive criticism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The medical field has lost its patient centeredness. It's become big business with the bottom.line being money!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with day to day are awesome. We come in and get our job done while trying to navigate the constant changes to our work flow.

Family feel, congenial, collaborative...if you are in a meeting, no matter the title of those around you, you are equal
