Robert Reeves — Executive VP of Law & Chief Administrative Officer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation

Mr. Robert K. Reeves, also known as Bobby, has been Chief Administrative Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation since February 2007 and has been its Executive Vice President of Law since September 2015. Mr. Reeves served as General Counsel of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. since February 2007 and served as its Chief Compliance Officer from July 2012 to May 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and has more than 21 years of legal and management experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Law of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. from March 22, 2004 to February 2007 and Chief Governance Officer from August 2004 to February 2007. Prior to joining Anadarko, he served as Executive Vice President of Administration and General Counsel of North Sea New Ventures from 2003 to 2004. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Devon OEI Operating, Inc. (formerly, Ocean Energy Inc.) and its predecessor companies from May 1994 to June 1997 and served as its Vice President and General Counsel from November 1993 to May 1994 and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from June 1997 to 2003. Prior to Devon OEI Operating, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Reeves was a Partner in the law firm of Onebane, Bernard, Torian, Diaz, McNamara & Abell in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Reeves' executive management skills draw from his experience in litigation, merger transactions, securities offerings, business development and acquisitions and divestitures for Ocean Energy and its predecessor companies. He has been a Director of Western Gas Equity Holdings, LLC-General Partner of Western Gas Equity Partners, LP since August 2007. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Western Gas Holdings LLC, General Partner of Western Gas Partners LP since August 2007. He served as a Director of Key Energy Services Inc. from October 2007 to December 15, 2016. Mr. Reeves is a member of the Texas and Louisiana State Bar Associations and holds a J.D. from Louisiana State University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Louisiana State University.
