Margaret K. Seif — Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and Senior VP - Communications & Branding at Analog Devices

Ms. Margaret K. Seif, also known as Marnie, has been Senior Vice President of Communications & Branding and Secretary of Analog Devices, Inc. since January 2016 and since January 2006 respectively and has been its Chief Legal Officer since March 5, 2016. Ms. Seif served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Analog Devices, Inc. from November 2014 to March 5, 2016. She is responsible for all aspects of Analog Devices, Inc.'s legal work, including corporate and securities matters, governance matters, intellectual property management and litigation. She has been Secretary at Hittite Microwave Corporation since July 22, 2014. She served as Vice President of Analog Devices, Inc., since January 27, 2006 until November 2014. She has over 20 years of legal experience in corporate law, intellectual property and corporate development to Analog Devices, Inc. She served as General Counsel of RSA Security LLC (RSA Security Inc.) since March 1998, Secretary since June 1998 and its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since January 2000. She served as Vice President of RSA Security LLC (RSA Security Inc.) from June 1998 to January 2000. She served several positions of increasing responsibility at RSA Security LLC. over her seven year tenure, handling intellectual property protection and enforcement, governance issues, litigation activities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy development. She served as Vice President and General Counsel of Firefly Network Inc., a personal information software company, from 1996 to 1998, where she played an integral role in the completion of its acquisition Microsoft Corp. She has served as a Faculty Member at several national and state continuing legal education programs and has authored several publications. She has been a Director of Hittite Microwave Corporation since July 22, 2014. She serves as a Director of Nantero, Inc. Ms. Seif earned her Law Degree from University of Michigan Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from Brown University.
