Open PTO is a game-changer and a testament to the trust and confidence we have as a team. It empowers us to understand our own workload and gauge when we are able to take time off while still achieving our goals.

we have great collaboration and care for each other
The team is passionate, sharp, and hard-working. In my almost 5 years at the company, I've never had an interaction with co-workers that left me feeling unheard. We don't compete with one another for clout, we share our successes openly so that others can learn from them and improve their processes.
