the team structure in my organization. Also having a free and flexible environment to work comfortably.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
you will never be low balled on an offer. Ancestry's offers usually come in on the high end of market pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have made great strides at improving the leadership here and it's showing. Transparency is abundant and direction of career path and expectations set forth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
family like camaraderie that we have. No one feels the fear of speaking up and sharing an idea. The leadership does their best to be open minded and listen to all members of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so willing to help. When I started I had help coming at me from every direction. Everything is so team-oriented that people go out of their way in order to make everyone feel valued and like their work matters and that it is making an impact.
