- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?All the employees believe and understand the vision and mission of the company and the emotional tie they have with that is immense. Everyone treats each other as a part of family while being professional and helping each other
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is open to learning and given that I manage them, they always have this curiosity to learn and understand what they can do differently to make their jobs easier and them more effective
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Timely payout of salaries, good appraisals but obviously tied to performance but if you work hard and have done what is required of you, you will definitely get a good salary hike in your performance review
