What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make a good base salary but a lot of my comp is in bonuses.
Compensation for performance is great. Base could be higher in my division but I know that is earned over time.
I work in a role where i am paid a sizable bonus if I perform well. it's fair and competative

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very long time ago, but I have been on the other end of the interview process and knew we treat everyone with kindness and authenticity. we have a high bar, but every one is treated well.
I had the opportunity to meet with so many different people, and really get a feel for what it would be like to work here
