A respectful boss that can take feedback inpersonally.

Accountability, leadership improvement, good faith when it comes to negotiating salary.

The challenging questions. Meeting potential coworkers to see if i was a good fit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company benefits are dwindling. There is no work life balance. Its all work with no pay. Its not realistic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise that meets the increase of cost of living in California. The stock options not used as negotiation leverage against prospective empoyees. Managment reconsideration based on colleage feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team worked hard towards unrealistic deadlines, always keeping a positive outlook. My boss brought nothing to the table but complaints and negativity. My colleages and I needed support in the form of more employees to actually meet these deadlines. It didnt happen. They continually fired people.
