What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are never on the same page with new promotions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at management and treating employees better. They refused to pay my overtime and refused me a lunch break.

We get along well and we are always boody

More time having team work
The co-workers are great everyone is trying their best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The silent time I get closing the store
The supervisor always do something for the employees on the last work day of the week
We provide transportation to people who are mobility challenged
We laugh a lot together

Toxic, burocratic, heavy, without opportunity
