I enjoyed the personal and informal nature of the process. It was clear they were assessing both the technical and cultural components of me as a candidate. But it felt more like a discussion than an interrogation. I could see the passion of the team around Anedot, their culture, and their mission.
I had three calls total. One phone call. One video call with the team lead. And then one video call with the whole team. It was nice to get an idea and feel for the team. Very personal.
