What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable leaders who care about you as a person.
Leads by serving, always willing to jump in and help.
Our leadership team is here to guide and assist, not micromanage.
Our leadership team is fantastic..You can go to them for anything at anytime that is needed.
Nothing is "below' them - they're willing to discuss anything brought to their attention despite having so many responsibilities of their own.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous benefits with the employee in mind. Not fluff or useless perks.
Anedot offers a competitive salary. Their benefits are amazing from fitness, wellness, CSA, and curiosity allowance perks which demonstrate their desire to promote the overall well being of their employees.
Our monthly fitness allowance and wellness allowance are two of my favorite Anedot perks!
I didn't have to relocate for my job because we work remotely and we receive monthly allowances for things such as physical and wellness. Great perks!

What are some of the best things about your team?
No big egos or jerks allowed at Anedot. Everyone enjoys winning together.
Anedot has a culture which promotes low bureaucracy and a reduced meeting count. But when meetings are scheduled they are valuable and allow the team to take action toward the desired goals.
Hard working, honest, supports each other at work and away.
Anedot hires well. Each team member pulls their own weight. And everyone is just cool. I look forward to catching up with my coworkers throughout the day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our remote work culture is very healthy and life giving.
There is no need to CYA because employees are empowered to dream and share their ideas without fear of making mistakes. Team members are not threatened by the skills of others but truly encourage each other to grow as professionals and people.
The banter between coworkers keeps things upbeat.
The Environment at Anedot is like a Family!
Our President/CEO and Vice President really set the tone for a positive, welcoming environment that embeds itself into every facet of the company. New Hires sense this even on their first day!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Hearing from CEO about his vision and dreams for the company and team.
I enjoyed the personal and informal nature of the process. It was clear they were assessing both the technical and cultural components of me as a candidate. But it felt more like a discussion than an interrogation. I could see the passion of the team around Anedot, their culture, and their mission.
I had three calls total. One phone call. One video call with the team lead. And then one video call with the whole team. It was nice to get an idea and feel for the team. Very personal.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when bringing to new ideas to life that help both the company and the customer.
Being surrounded by some of the most talented and truly wonderful human beings around.
Turning an unhappy customer into a beaming customer. Anedot's new #1 fan.
What makes me most happy at work is knowing everyday I work with the best of the best!
The work I do is meaningful - both to the company and to our team members. I feel valued as a team member which inspires me to continue to give my best effort each day.

What do you like best about your company?
True vision and longevity. We are always improving and taking action to move forward.
I love Anedot for many reasons. So many reasons.. but our Founder is truly the most amazing person.. He truly cares for each of us.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'm satified where we are at, but excited for the future.
Nothing i can think of at this time!. All is well here at Anedot in my eyes.
