Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I drive a long distance to go to work every day, it will be good if I am paid millage or put in a leadership position due to my years of experience in home health.
No satisfy the compensation.I feel unhappy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never attended any meetings, I like my caseworker and colleagues at work.
