Everything I think you have to restart with the structure of management from area manager down to supervisor

absolutely... it's incredible the amount of work i do for free

get rid of the few bad apples, and the union
What did you like most about the interview process?
To be honest, nothing they real, you in and then give you a very very low pay
online, on teams, and I got to visit my place of work

Restructure of management from area manager down to supervisor, I think you just need to start again
