Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued. Everything is just much more expensive than they were, and salaries have not caught up with costs of living.

I'm paid slightly below going market rate for my position. Given all of the added duties, responsibilities, and projects outside of my scoped role (which are necessary as we don't have the headcount elsewhere to do them, and they are required to succeed), I'm underpaid for what my role really is.
