I feel that I'm in a very capable and nice team, I have space to experiment, to fail and learn, there are several challenges, the product we build has a lot of value and I'm proud of it. Everybody is nice, I feel comfortable with myself and the way I work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's been more than a year and a half without raises and promotion even when I've been delivering a lot and providing value for the company, it's a bit sad
