Everyone is bought in, everyone believes what Anjuna is doing and wants to see the company grow

When I'm moving the company needle forward. When I'm having quality conversations with prospects and setting meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the base pay is great and also the accelerators that are available to me after i achieve my quota

Knowing that I spearhead a lot of the new pipeline we generate as a company. I like knowing that what I do is making an impact.

i say this a lot but the team is always willing to help me with anything and gives me the resources to answer any questions i have

Everyone is so easy to get time with and they actually dont mind how many times i reach out or ask questions. They want me to succeed.

I enjoy a management team that can be available to help with issues rigth when I need them and that try to teach me as they are helping.

for the most part they are very responsive and supportive or what I am doing - they also constantly teach me new things I can use for prospecting.

Like I mentioned in another question I think everyone wants to succeed and to do that they are always willing to help me to get up to the pace i need to be at.
