Most employees are part time and most make $10 or less an hour. Raises are minimal and associates are expected to man the entire store on 1 to 2 person coverage. Company is cheap with payroll hours. Stores are not understaffed. The company isnt providing enough payroll for a store to appear staffed

I feel cared about in my role.

It has been difficult at times, but an overall great experience

The employees who stay, stay because they like who they work with not who they work for. Employees are mostly young females being underpaid by a company that says it empowers women. The company uses a sorority mentality to shame young women into accepting less than they are worth

Being warmer and more empathetic towards customers and employees

Flexible hours and fair pay for all employees, plus benefits for those working full time

The only people at the store level who are paid fairly are the Store Managers. Corporate needs to re-evaluate the pay structure in stores

They are multi-talented. Everyone does every job and they make pennies for it

They are almost all very warm, friendly, and enjoyable to work with

The store is positive. Everyone i work with directly is so hardworking. Corporate is negative. They want more for less and if you ask for more hours or money they tell you that you can leave
