Ann Taylor – I had THE MOST HORRIBLE experience wirh customer service! I was om chat for an hour- the rep just dropped out & stopped talking to me. I called in. They finally, after being on hold for 1/2 hour, offered a solution- after id asked for a supervisor or phone # for upper management!
