Daila joined ansrsource in 2016. She is responsible for working with clients to assess needs and design engaging learning experiences. She is passionate about creating social learning experiences to support formal learning and finding unique ways to engage busy professionals who struggle to fit learning into their daily activities.
Prior to ansrsource, Daila was the Director of Professional Development for an international association focused on education. She also spent 10 years in the market research and product development field, uncovering potential consumer needs and brainstorming new product ideas. In her free time, Daila enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and going on wine tasting tours with friends.
