They don't seem to whisk themselves away in an "ivory tower." They are accessible, in the action, and friendly; and they make it a point to know who is working in the company and what skills each person brings to the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a true feeling of team and teamwork in this culture. It doesn't feel competitive at all, but supportive. As a result, I believe people feel free to do their best, even if they may fail. We tend to look for the lessons in failures instead pointing the finger of blame.
