This company provides a good work-life balance. I think the company should also provide the furniture expenses also like tables and chairs to have good working space since currently, WFH is going on. This directly helps the employees to work faster and provide good quality of work.

Leadership is not up to the mark. Management should understand that how the team can perform better by listening or asking randomly to individuals which gives clear picture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think at the beginning of the month the targets, and improvements should be discussed in the meeting. Managers should listen and implemented suggested instead of doing illogical things.
